The Morinville & District Chamber of Commerce will host one of its most significant annual events and fundraisers on Sept. 10 at Cardiff Golf & Country Club.
The cost for the annual golf tournament is $125 per person for members ($135 non-members) and includes 18 holes of golf, cart, and a served buffet dinner. With COVID 19 restrictions and concerns present, Cardiff Golf & Country Club will ensure cart rentals are available for those who wish to travel the course alone.
“It’s a blast. It’s probably our most fun event of the year by far,” said Chamber Manager Roberta Pawluk, noting that 66 people have registered for the event already.
Registration takes place Sept. 10 at 11:30 a.m. with tee off at 1 p.m. Deadline for registration is Sept. 5.
“It should be a fun day. Hopefully, the weather holds up.”
